These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the GeNova ecosystem, including
the GeNova platform, related services, and GeNovaCoin. By using the platform, users
acknowledge and agree to these Terms.

Ownership & Responsibility

The GeNova ecosystem is developed and operated under GeNovaLabs, founded by Gyorgy Suba.
Neither GeNovaLabs nor Gyorgy Suba provides financial, legal, or investment guarantees
regarding token value, platform performance, or service availability. Participation
in the ecosystem is voluntary and at the user’s own risk.

Use of Services

Users agree to access and use the platform responsibly and in compliance with applicable
laws and regulations. GeNovaLabs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or restrict
access to services for operational, compliance, security, or legal reasons.

Eligibility

Users must meet all applicable legal and regulatory requirements within their
jurisdiction. Access to certain services may be restricted in regions where digital
assets, AI services, or related technologies are subject to limitations or prohibitions.

Prohibited Activities

Users may not engage in fraudulent behavior, unauthorized system access, interference
with platform operations, illegal activities, or exploitation of technical or security
vulnerabilities. Any misuse of the platform may result in immediate restriction or
termination of access.

Intellectual Property

All AI models, platform technology, branding, interfaces, and related materials are the
property of GeNovaLabs or their respective creators. Users are granted a limited,
non-transferable, revocable license to use the services solely for their intended
purpose.

Token Usage

GeNovaCoin is a utility token and does not represent equity, ownership, profit-sharing,
or governance rights. Users are solely responsible for safeguarding their wallets,
private keys, and credentials. Loss of access cannot be recovered by GeNovaLabs.

Service Availability

GeNovaLabs does not guarantee uninterrupted access or permanent availability of any
service or feature. Functionality may be modified, suspended, or discontinued due to
technical, operational, legal, or regulatory considerations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GeNovaLabs and Gyorgy Suba shall not be liable
for market losses, credential mismanagement, smart contract failures, service outages,
third-party service issues, or any indirect or consequential damages. Users assume full
responsibility for their use of the platform.

Updates to Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated as the GeNova ecosystem evolves. Continued use
of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Legal Standing

These Terms are governed by applicable laws and regulations. If any provision is found
to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and
